I thought this was interesting. The first pic is me with in-range testosterone (320ng/dl) around 5 years ago and second is me with low testosterone (160 ng/dl). The interesting thing about these pictures is I did the exact same workout routine and diet for the same amount of time and was completely natural. I think it clearly shows the importance of healthy T levels. I am only 2 weeks into my TRT, but am looking forward to the benefits.

Interesting.

Not mandatory by any means but I would like to see you start a log chronicling your trt odyssey. Those two pics speak volumes.

It would be very helpful for others to see your whole process from the beginning.

Go look at the pics that @Neuro just posted. He’s a tall fella like you and tends (always) to keep his self on the lean side with great muscle.

He’s my adopted son and his lean(ness) just baffles me sometimes.

I deleted your pic brother.

Just in case you want to maintain anonymity.

Feel free to post again with face blocked or same pic if you don’t care about your identity.

I would advise blocking out your face for safety reasons.

Op looks to have pretty good genetics for that evening In 300 range. If you can’t to 1000 shoudl have no trouble looking much better in no time of course with diet and work
