March 11th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.No work today.Went to gym this morning,shoulders,traps,and tire flipping.Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy-going,5 turkey sausage,4 pieces whole grain toast banana water and just drinking coffee smoking a joint as we speak.Not sure about lunch.Dinner will be a whole,but small baked chicken,im egging the whole chicken,then bread crumbiing it,bread crumbs are heavily seasoned with Cajun seasoning,and black n white pepper,smashed potatoes,and a salad.Today i am grateful for time spent with my daughter and dogs yesterday.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

No training. Scheduled rest day. So far I’ve eaten 2 eggs, half cup of whites, a slice of pepper jack cheese. 2 yogurts. Had some leftover steak so I made a sandwich with some sauteed onions and Colby Jack. Dinner is still still up in the air
 
So great news turns out the no sex ever thing was just no sex currently. And she just doubled down on it being stubborn. So her and I will discuss getting back together after Ramadan. Or she’s playing me either way it’s best to take the chance it’s real than not
 
I’ll be honest I was coming up with some crazy workarounds for the sex issue and try to make it work
 
Well just take it easy. Not the end of the world although I know it seems that way at times.
 
I got a hand it works well been using it for years. I told her I don’t need it all the time. She then hit me with when it’s on it’s on frequently but when it’s off it’s off
