Hi all.No gym today.about to go play with the my quad,not really gonna ride,just some maintenance on it,then take a quick spin on it,riding the quad,and killing animals are the most stimulating things I do.
Breakfast was 5 HB egg whites,1 cinnamon raisin bagel toasted,chobani,bananna,water.
Lunch was 2 chicken breasts done on top the stove cooked plain only using avocado oil,and hot sauce,a salad with iceberg lett,bell peppers,carrots,chic peas with balsamic dressing,4 more HB egg whites,cranberry juice.
1st dinner will be flank steak on my little charcoal grill,just salt n pepper as seasoning,2 baked potatoes,another salad same as the lunch one,water.
Today I am grateful for the great outdoors,I truly love being in the woods by myself,weather I'm hunting,hiking or fishing I love it.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
