MARCH 24TH EDITION OF DIETS AND BODYBUILDING

Good afternoon all.No gym today.
Breakfast was 5 HB egg whites,4 turkey sausage,peach drinkable chobani,bananna,water
Lunch will be 2 frozen chicken cordon blue,5 more HB egg whites that I threw in my salad,lettuce,bell pepper,spinach leafs,zesty Italian dressing,cranberry juice.
1st dinner will be meat loaf,baked potatoes with the works,some kind of raw veggies.
2nd dinner will be a can of chic peas,and 3 tbl spoons of peanut butter.
Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Breakfast was egg whites, cream of rice with blueberries.

Pre workout was chicken, rice, potatoes, with some zesty ranch.

Post workout will be rice Chex and protein shake.

Then ground chicken and ground turkey with rice, potatoes and veggies for the rest of the night.

Might get wild and have some ice cream tonight.

Upper body training today.
 
On second shift now so no food from the kitchen will probably make me eat just a bit more clean
