March 22nd edition of diets and training

Good afternoon all.Lunch was 2 cans of tuna with hot sauce and light mayo,a salad, cranberry juice.no gym today.dinner will be steak,2 baked potatos,salad.2nd dinner will be cereal most likely.Today I am grateful for a roof over my head,3 hots and a cot,and a supportive family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Had bk bacon melt and nuggets for break lunch. Chciken and rice for next three meals. The drive through person noticed my haircut. I may have ate bk too much when in prep. Doing shoulders and tris because I can’t do gym tomorrow night.
 
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage. Snack was toaster strudels. Lunch was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Second snack was a quart of whole chocolate milk. No training for me this evening.

Food was still the same with the exception of an egg McMuffin. A coworker was sent out for a hearing exam and came back with a bag full. I took one because I didn’t want to be rude lol. Trained shoulders and rear delts.
