Good afternoon all.lesson learned went to YMCA gym this morning,FUCKING PACKED. My buddy and I left 10 mins after getting there.as I scanned around the gym I would have to say 1 there was nobody that was very big.2 pretty sure nobody was juicing.3.im gonna go to YMCA gym 2x a week with my buddy,I haven’t had a workout partner in years,and then use the VA gym the other 3 days.how is it the unsociable guy that’s use to and prefers to be in his home gym alone get two membership,VA was free and YMCA charges vets 120 for the whole year.
Lunch two turkey and provolone with 🥬 and 🍅.protein shake, cranberry juice.Dinner will be two chic breast with hot sauce,a salad,and carrot cake,water.Have a great day.
 
Breakfast was 6 eggs scrambled and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with grape jelly. Snack was a quart of chocolate milk and P3. Lunch was 2 chicken quesadilla’s and a Dew. Second snack was 2 packs of tuna and roll of Ritz. Chest, Triceps, and Biceps this evening. May need a nap first. We had a hell of a storm hit and wake me up.

Chicken gizzards!.. I made a comment about these while back but these things are packed with protein… 100 g in a two-dollar pack…
