March 27 edition of diets and training

Good afternoon everyone.Breakfast was 4 eggs scrambled,4 🦃 sausage,2 toast plain,strawberries/grapes,coffee, water.No in between meal.lunch will be 2 pbj sandwiches, protein shake, salad.im that hungry today.Fish is for dinner, potatoe,veggie.Not lifting today.
 
Left over Indian. Some coconut chicken concoction and rice. Hit legs and abs. Just finished a protein shake with strawberrys. Going to have some eggs and home fries after a shower. Tonight I’m making honey Sriracha shrimp with pasta.
 
Afternoon. First breakfast was 4 fried eggs and 1 pint of chocolate milk. Second breakfast was 2 steak biscuits from Bojangles and a Mountain Dew. Lunch is chicken teriyaki with rice, broccoli, and sweet carrots.
 
So my weed guy wants to get into shape,he was asking stuff about weight loss, dieting,cardio stuff,he’s 5’10 227,I said sure I will bring you to the dark side.I preached about diet and cardio,we haven’t discussed any compounds yet,although I know he’s wanting to ask he hasn’t yet,which is a good thing I guess.Who knows I might end up with a lifting partner,haven’t had one of them since I stopped goin to gym a few years ago
 
I am,that and cardio I know he works outside all summer sweating his ass off,so I know he don’t want to run outside,so im trying to get home to buy some kind of cardio type machine.I also made it clear I am not doin any cardio with him,lifting yes.
 
First practice is coming up for softball,I’m already gonna have to do cardio stuff with the girls
