Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 plain bagels.4 HB eggs no yolk, banana, cranberry juice coffee.Legs today,I took a 5 mile bike ride this morning,fuckin sweating, burning those precious calories to warm up my legs.Lunch will be whatever slop shit the chow hall serves.Gotta doc appt this afternoon.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Half ass legs. They are remodeling my gym. The place is a disaster with shit moved all over. For food, oatmeal and egg whites, protein shake and banana, chicken meatballs and protein pasta, Cajun seasoned (Whatever the hell that is 😂) chicken and rice. Yogurt and cottage cheese
 
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage. Reese’s Puffs for a snack. I’ve managed to eat a bag of Reese’s Puffs in two days. Just opened them yesterday. Lunch was two double burgers and fries from 5 Guys. Chocolate milk and honey bun for snack. No training this evening.
