March 31st edition of diets and training

Going away for the weekend so I hit shoulders chest traps and tris today. Had 2 waffles, an orange a half cup of whites. Protein shake with a banana. 2 eggs, more whites and a cup of diced potatoes. Just now eating chicken and sweet potato.

Taking off gym tomoorrow so I’m at gym hour early to hit shoulders and arms I want to be fresher for Saturday max on dead’s honestly looking at cutting out a day or two closer to meet as my recovery isn’t there to be doing volume like I do and weights I’m doing if I got 8-9 hours of sleep and didn’t have to push and pull shot all day at work I think I could do this but fuck I’m ready for deload next week
 
Exactly. NOw that being said I do catch my self from time to time and I remind my self it’s my choice

I needed a deload a couple weeks back. I had cut my calories back quite a bit and found myself pretty burnt out. How many weeks do you usually go before doing a deload?
 
I’m dealiafng every 4 weeks right now. Heavy weight and no real recovery makes it necessary. I’m doing531 deload
 
Today had girls for first time in a month. One of them is always sick when it’s my day and cannot expose Joe to them if I know they are sick. So I took them to their favorite restaurant. They have hibachi and sushi. So I had two Philly rolls @John and I had squid. The chef recommended a Godzilla roll which I found overwhelming with different flavors. Wish I would’ve gotten another Philly roll.

Had a great time with girls.
