Good afternoon all.Skipped breakfast.lunch was fish rice salad cranberry juice. No gym today. Also today I am grateful for the snow, and 3 hots and cot.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
Had hometown pizza place parade got rained out so will probably just start the drinks at 4:30 with friends and see if this chick i meat last night will let me put my penis in her later.
Trained back. Had toast and egg whites. Protein shake and a banana. Had an everything bagel, two eggs and some guacamole. Chicken curry and rice. Getting some snow here tonight too. 4" to 8" The only thing I don’t like about snow is driving to or from work in it. Hope everyone has a decent weekend
It’s fun driving in it.i will take the quad out in the bad storms where the plows can’t keep up with it and drive on the main roads, hardly nobody on the road, all the cops can do is watch, they’ll never catch me
Don’t get me wrong. I like driving around in the snow, especially in a rear wheel drive car just not when Im heading to work. I hate being late to shit.
Today I fasted and drank water and lemon juice. Then had effing KFC for dinner .
Training was 45 minutes fasted circuit training with 10 second test between sets. Did this with half a team of our girls high school soccer team. My daughter and her freind asked me to put together a nutrition plan and exercise plan for them before the season starts. When I was explaining to my daughters freind the nutrition plan (during the local chili cook off for highschool teams which we won) all the girl were like “I’m in, I’m in, what going on I want it also! So now they are almost all in. Last year they missed state by a shoot out. This year any close games they will win in the last 15 minutes because they will be going at 95% when the other team is going 75%. So my new workouts include three days a week doing 45 minutes of cardio/strength training at 5:45 am. Plus normal Ed stuff. Loving it. I’ve coached these girls since 8 years old until highschool and seeing the internal leadership and drive has sparked a fire in me.
