May 15th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 cans a tuna,1 plain bagel, banana,water.working til 1400 then hitting the gym, probably do legs.Lunch will be 2 turkey and provolone,lett, tomato,lite mayo,and a casein shake.Not sure what I’m doin for dinner.Hope everyone has smooth and productive day.
 
Whey pancakes this morning with thick sliced bacon. That bacon is so good. Had it cut quarter inch thick. Pretty much made sandwiches out of the bacon and pancakes. Snack was chocolate milk and honeybuns. Steak and rice for lunch with sweet tea. It’s sweet tea time around here for this guy. Upper strength training tonight.
 
Sugary cereal chicken and rice then one meal of what ever is my regular
 
Yep… they call it SPF here…spruce pine fir but it’s always pine.

Some regular lumber and some pressure treated.

80lb bags of concrete are almost 10 bucks a bag… a while ago… when the hit 5 bucks it was outrageous. Just like a regular ole stud…when they went over a buck a piece it was the end of the world.

When pickup trucks crested 10k that was outrageous…then 20k was armageddon.

Werhauser (sp) is the biggest private land owner in nc. They have untold acres planted in exact rows… pine trees. They’ve got it down. Some sort of hybrid fast growing timber. The crap is so young growth that when you unband your lumber…a day later it looks like a bowl of spaghetti all twisted up.
 
Nowadays a new nice truck is going to be at least 70k or more. I’m talking at least a 2 ton 4×4. Which them toy trucks ain’t much less. Then they don’t even fit a normal sized man. Shoulders hanging off each side of the seats. Head nearly in the roof. Knees still touching the dash with the seat slid back.
