Sup Brothers!

Diet: eggs, Turkey bacon, some overnights oats and coffee- breakfast meal was purchased at the local fitness meals. Lunch steak, shrimps, salad n sweet potatoes.

Training: crush upper back mostly $$$ & bis, ABS too 🤓🤓

Let me hear it UGM.
 
Breakfast was 6 eggs and 2 pancakes with mass gainer added. Second breakfast was mass gainer shake. Lunch is 4 drumsticks, green beans, mashed potatoes, and macaroni. Barebells Cookies and Cream protein bar. No training today. Yesterday was a push day. Chest is feeling pretty big today.
 
Had cream of rice with some almond butter apples and eggwhites on the side. Hit shoulders, bis and tris today. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill after like always then more cream of rice and fruit. Getting checkup and bloodwork later today.
 
Still doing no carbs and hating life.
Trained chest/ lats today
30 min interval on stepper both AM/PM
10 min posing practice

Will have one more meal before 12 hour fast
