May 17 Diet/Training

Today’s diet is two food meals consisting of 10 egg whites each and 2 cups of basmati rice each, and 4 protein/oat shakes, 8 fish oil capsules, 4 MCT oil capsules, and 2 vitamin/mineral/fruit and veggies tablets.
No weights today. Tomorrow will be chest and back. 😀
