Breakfast was 4 fried eggs and 2 pancakes with mass gainer added to the mix. Had a chocolate milk, dorito’s, and honeybun for a snack. Lunch was 2 chicken pot pies. Had a mass gainer shake for my second snack. 20 Buffalo wings and Mountain Dew. Upper strength tonight. Back, chest, Triceps, shoulders, and biceps.

Breakfast posted in earlier thread but enlarged here so @John can see it. 😎

Finished up chest, shoulders, triceps, and a little ab work. 1 down 5 to go. Love using the old school dry erase boards to write down lifts and what day is what. Also, been a bit since I busted out the Viking landmine press.

Was a little chilly so only could partially open up the garage.

Hey @John and @Poppy . Surgery went well. My leg is no longer tingling and fuzzy. Basically the surgeon just put a small notch in one of my disc so it’s no longer pinching a nerve. 4 to 6 weeks of recovery.

No hardware. This disc has been out for a year now. Normally it’s back to normal in about month. No idea why this one has been so bad

Guilty!!! After my knee surgery, I had to be extremely diligent so as to not get to “husky “.

Well it sounds like it’s gonna be a bit of a journey either way…

Work stepped up their breakfast game today. Breakfast quesadillas (guac/sour cream on side), scrambled eggs with hot sauce, potatoes, and 2 small sausages.

In some ways I feel I come in the office just at for the food as it’s just 3 bucks for any meal and 50 cents for unlimited drink refills (I usually just get the zero Powerade). It is nice to feel like a normal person (shower, get dressed for work, and drive in). However, there still are very few that have come back to the office regularly and just stay remote. I get it works for some but I still am convinced everyone would be most productive in the actual office collaborating with your colleagues. I’m one of the older ones technically GenX (born in 80), and the mindset for the millennials and younger is remote work, and unfortunately some have that entitlement syndrome. A revolt would break out if mandatory office hours would become policy!

Have a great day everyone!

I avoid our agency lunch room. Fountain drinks are free. And the meals are only $1.00
I spend more money eating healthy and bringing my own.
I could eat lunch for $5 per week if I wanted.
I feel better after eating my home cooked chicken and veggies.

Great point. You also have a great deal at your work. I do prefer meal prepping my own when possible as I like to know exactly what is in what I eat. I’m positive what I make is much cleaner and a healthier option.

I suppose since I’ve been ramping up going into the office more regularly, I’m making up for lost time as their food is very good and so convenient.

Just got my large meat delivery yesterday so working on making prep meals for the week. Salmon, boneless chicken thighs, and flank steak are on the menu this week.
