May 1st what are we dieting and lifting

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 HB no yolk,1 plain bagel, strawberries,granola bar,water.Not sure what I’m lifting today, something to the effect of,forearms n calf’s probably.Beautiful day out so the kid and I practiced hitting and pitching and is now goin to a friend’s house for a few hours so the wife and are are goin to a spot where she likes to read on a chair outside,while I’m fishing the pond and stream nearby.

My rest day. So that means I’m doing my one day of fasting till 1:00. I don’t know if there’s any benefits that are backed by studies to this but I do it because if there’s potential benefits might as well
 
Morning.

Oats n whites

Went to gym…had headphones in…backed out.

Little sore today and have work to do. No training.
 
Training back and biceps. Then it’s a protein shake and some fruit then egg whites and a slice of strata. Yogurt and toast then pork loin on pita. Will be eating this everyday until Wednesday morning.
