May 25th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel,casein shake, banana, cranberry juice.working til 1400.I could careless about the gym,gonna roll a joint after work and do a little fishing,and for that I am grateful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.Lunch and dinner will be the chow hall slop shit
 
I had leftover chili for breakfast, hit back and biceps before work. Lunch will be a big salad with chicken and eggs. Dinner is my wife’s choice. I will eat a cup of cashews throughout the day as snacks and I had a protein shake post workout
 
I’ve had venison but I’ve never had bear. I think I’d eat almost any animal if it’s presented in chili form. I do plan on talking here more
 
At work will do a pump workout for for all upper pushing after so I can really see where I’m at Monday on bench next week last week before prep starts. Chciken and rice and not sure for aftr workout maybe a burger
 
I did bear jerky,a few times before,got my dad and sister who won’t touch bear,but believed me when I said it was venison,and they said how good it was,then I just laughed at them,and they knew that it wasn’t venison.
 
No bueno on blood draw… couldn’t hit the vein. Probably didn’t help that it was freezing in there.

If it’s cold to me then it was pretty chilly.

Snack was mass gainer shake with peanut butter and frozen banana. Lunch was two chicken chimichangas with rice and beans. Second snack was chocolate milk and honey bun. Today’s training is Back and Shoulders hypertrophy.
