Good afternoon all.Breakfast was a light one because I went a did some laps in the pool at the YMCA. Bagel and a banana 🍌,casein shake.I ate lunch at the chow hall it was turkey burgers,I added cheese lettuce and tomato,I ate two,along with a salad.Today I am grateful for the men and women who died for this Country.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
Breakfast was egg whites and toast. Protein shake with a banana. Chicken, rice and broccoli. Not sure on dinner. Hope everyone has a great weekend and also grateful for those who died protecting our freedom
 
Minimal grub. Not feeling so great today.

Been raining for 24 hours here.

No training. Just got up from nap #2.
 
Had Taco Bell breakfast beer from breweries in Asheville and bbq now
On way home no training will have chicken and protein shakes
