May 27th edition of diets and training

Morning all.Breakfast was 1 chobani, banana,4 HB eggs no yolk,water,coffee.Not doin regular work today,someone kicked in the small side door goin into the garage and it needs replacing.After that I’m gonna take the dogs for a hike clear my head up some,been struggling lately,acting out,sorry to say but I’ve put my wife and father in a shitty position as of late,Ive downright terrified them a couple times lately,and I am sickened by my actions.It was me who kicked in my own door,they locked me out one night because I got hammered,so I busted down my own door,fuckin dumb I know.Anyfuckinways,here I am trying yet again to fix the fuck ups I’ve created.
 
Samo grub. Teleworked for a few hours (on my day offf) this morning to get some short fused problems solved. In gym now getting ready to hobble myself up…then putting in new aluminum pull down attic stairs.

You’re your own man brother. Find a place close you can go to and decompress when you feel pressure building. I go to my bench on the pond.
 
Appreciate you doing the daily diets and training @John . A hike sounds pretty damn good hopefully it helps. Can’t wait to do some hiking myself

Trained shoulders and forearms today. Had 2 waffles and drank some egg whites PWO. Having a shake now and probably some eggs and potatoes later. The “real food made simple” waffles I get are 2 waffles at 19 grams of carb / 6 grams sugar total. Started eating them before leg workout but now I’m eating before almost all my work outs.
 
Breakfast was cream of rice, 2 apples and whey. Had 2 cups of coffee and head out to hit arms and shoulders. Post workout was cream of rice with blueberries and bananas as well as 3 English muffins with eggwhites. Lunch will be carrots, rice and chicken. Dinner will be sweet potato beef liver and some broccoli
 
Here ya go. A good pic of new attic stairs and beam. I’ll trim out the stairs tomorrow… maybe.

Now on to the elevator.

First breakfast was 8 fried eggs and big bowl of grits. Second breakfast was a Barebell bar. Lunch was a Nacho Bell Grande and 2 chicken quesadilias. Second lunch was mass gainer shake. Pre-Workout was a quart of chocolate milk. Dinner is chili with bison. Mass gainer and honey buns before bed. Today’s training is legs.
