Good morning all.Took 15 mg cialis and 25mg tne 25mg dbol inject.did chest at the gym n like 10 mins of tire flipping.Breakfast was cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with a little bit of butter,5 deviled eggs,banana,grapes,water,cranberry juice. Just got to work,not sure about lunch. My daughter has a softball game tonight,so we will eat whatever fastfood garbage she picks after the game.Today im grateful for this place and the knowledge and camaraderie thats here.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Office picnic out back shortly… then done for the week.

Trying to train after i get baby girl.

My boss here in the building is leaving. He’s a great supervisor/guy. I was a bit panicked… I don’t want to work with some prick.

Wifey just told me that one of her coworkers is moving over to take his spot. I’m ecstatic. He’s a very fine young man. I couldn’t be happier.
 
Just meal prepping for when I go back to work tomorrow. So far I’ve had French toast with scrambled eggs. A cup of whites and a cup of milk. Yogurt and almonds. Shaved steak sandwich with cheese. Chicken curry and rice for dinner. Hope you guys enjoy the ball game and picnic
 
My bar was supposed to show has bot but my platinum package did a day early. So tomorrow will be some platinum cialis and legs if my bar shows I want to fell squats with it
