Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,casein shake, banana,I ate light cause I did some laps at YMCA pool.Now I’m sitting down to 2 cans of tuna,lite mayo,heavy on the pepper,and some diced celery on whole wheat toast I’ll get 3 sandwichs outta it so 6 pieces of toast, cranberry juice.Other then that I have nothing to do today besides watch baseball,hope everyone has a good weekend.

Banana for lunch

Gave neighbor kid 40 bucks to help me clean up my construction mess… burned a bunch of wood. Loaded truck down with vinyl siding. At least it looks decent back there now.

Sitting here relaxing for a bit. Nap maybe.
 
Hello brothers and sistas. Breakfast was eggs garlic rice and longonisa Dinner two hotdogs.

No lunch. No training. About time to get back to a normal meal and work out schedule. Starting Monday. Getting fat and lazy about the gym lately and need to get outta my funk.
 
Am gonna. Me and daughter who learning MMA worked a fight tonight as security and she collected IDs from fighters and handed out gloves. There were 15 fights and it was awesome. Jiujitsu and kick boxing and MMA and even had an 11 and 12 year old fighting playmation. Every fight was intense. Lots amateur which I love watching. And two pro fights. Her instructed a pro won his match by TKO they threw in the towel. It was so much daddy daughter fun. Best time I’ve had in a while. Very inspiring.
