Been MIA lately, little about me for the newer guys- I’ve been active in the forums on my original account since 2017. I’m in my late 20s and have over 10 cycles under my belt and I’m secretly @TG favorite person. Lol kidding. Used to lift and cycle with competing and bodybuilding in mind. Now I do it for athletic performance.
Anyway I’m attending a certain special operations selection course in a couple months and I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations on supplements, compounds etc that you would recommend. Looking to get that extra edge in endurance and performance. Currently rucking 25 miles weekly with 70lbs, running 5 miles daily, and doing more calisthenics than lifting. I do throw in some Olympic lifts here and there, not necessarily worried about strength. Any tips or recommendations are welcome.
