Weighed in tonight at 186.6 @Ripgut kind of disappointing honestly. Which i know work has been playing a huge factor. I’m sweating from 10 in the morning until I’m getting home.
My guy on the ground Thursday said he could literally see the sweat just dripping from me. Guess it’s time to start carrying a gallon jug of water with me everyday again and it’s not even summer yet. It hit 88 the other day and the humidity was super high
