Mrbell gains and goals 2017

I’m sitting at the same weight. But my gains and strength are getting way better. Putting up weight I normally wouldn’t do by myself. I feel rock solid. I staying lean and mean. Just added the test no ester before workout. Feels great. Def love @Iron_Junkie_Labs gear. It’s definitely working way better than I expected. Next week I’ll be doing one muscle work out each day. Just taking it slow and steady. Just being patient.
 
Thanks… I’m trying. I’m staying really lean. I like it. I gotta start doing more and longer ab work outs. I tend to just kinda skip them
 
It’s freaking gorgeous outside doing some spring cleaning lol. Hanging lights up and what not… hit the gym early. Had a huge breakfast. To be honest I have everyday off. I need to find a hobby. To keep me busy after the gym…
 
Just took a break but I’m doing the same exact thing the Christmas tree just went up and we’re decorating my wife loves the holidays

I don’t want to get too personal but how do you have every day off hit me up in p.m. if you can’t put it out in the open I might have a job for you
