Mrbell gains and goals 2017

I won’t be maxing again for awhile.i felt I could hit and I’m satisfied. I had a little help. But did 98% of the work. Felt great. I appreciate the info. I’ll be keeping it to a minimum and working on form more. I took my darts this morning that sust felt great. Beautiful pumps I’m up to 195.3lbs 10.4% bf I’m highly enjoying the gear. I finally found someone at the gym to work out with.
 
Goooooooood morning!!! Hope everyone had a great Monday. Yesterday was chest. Today is legs and back. Omg I been waking up two or three times a night with wood. All day I like look at a car bam wood. I think about a girl bam wood. It’s getting crazy over here…

She’s a pit bull. Got her from the shelter. The vet said she’s gunna be huge. Her nose is weird. It’s like brownish blueish pink. If that makes sense. I call her coat paint like a horse. She’s brownish red and white.
 
Helllo pretty girl. She’s pretty. How old is she. My girl loves the front seat. Anytime I grab my keys she runs right for the door. I feel bad when I can’t always take her with me.
 
@Bigmurph I got me some 25g 1.5” pins they are huge my homegirl that gets them for me said I shouldn’t pin them in my quads. To long is that true I been using 23 1” in my quads. I mean I’ve read people use 1.5” in quads I just wanna make sure.
 
I use 25 1.5 in my quads but everyone is different it depends on the amount of bf you are holding and I never push the pin all the way in just in case it breaks you can pull it out yourself.
All small muscles I use 1 inch all large including glutes 1.5 all are 25 g
 
She’s gonna be three, man I love dogs and cats, better then people for sure, LOL. After I recover , she’s been promised dog park 5 days a week. Its awesome to see how the dogs interact and which one is alpha. She is very submissive when she first meets females, then gets going. Males she doesn’t take any shit from minute one.
 
Started a new bulking workout.i found on bb.com
Started eating double what I was I finally broke 195. I’m at 198lbs 10.3%bf 25.6bmi. I’m highly enjoying the workout program. It’s pretty intense. I leave the gym feeling like I actually put work in. I’m feeling a lot more solid and I get a great pump. Had someone come up today and tell me they can see I’m getting bigger felt pretty good. My freaking shirts are starting not to fit. Guess it’s time to buy some bigger ones
