Mrbell gains and goals 2017

So biceps and triceps each have their own day? I’ve never done that. Or maybe I’m not understanding the structure. Doesn’t specifically say what days are which of the 2/4/6 or the 1/3/5 I just assumed it was one each day.

So basically 1/3/5 is chest back and legs . And then forearms calves and abs . Then 2/4/6 is shoulders triceps and biceps. With calves forearms and abs
 
I definitely feel the pump throughout the whole workout. Forearms calves and abs I do after the workout. It’s really more like 90 minuets total plus. For me anyway. I can’t do it all in 75 min like it says it should be done.
 
it’s a pretty intense workout. I can definitely tell it’s working. I feel myself using weight I normally wouldn’t use. With no problem. I started out using smaller weight and working on my form. It’s helped tremendously. I can make it through rest set at full reps with weight I normally would be able to use at 6 sets. It was a nice workout to throw in. I kinda felt myself hitting a plateau at the gym. Kinda got complacent with my workout
 
So you do all 3 together 3 days a week? Or is it one the Arnold program on BB.com where it’s chest and back together twice a week. Legs twice a week. And shoulders and arms twice a week. Haha. The way that pdf is set up is not clear what is when. If it’s all 3 each 3 times a week that’s insane
 
There’s both 2 times a week and 3 times a week. I’m doing the three times a week. It should have both variations. The 2x a week or the 3x

Like that?!? 😱😱😱😱 and all those sets?? Lol I have to be reading that wrong. It needs better structure haha.

I’m just following what it says. Again I’m not using super heavy weight. But I make sure by the 6th set I’m like totally done for with that muscle. If not I add another set. Or a little more weight. It’s keeps me pumped the whole workout
