Need help Cant access UG website on Phone?

Hi everybody, I can only access UG website on my PC and not my phone it keeps on giving me a ERROR 523 website. Any help is greatly appreciated . Thanks Guys

Thanks guys , I just got back on website with phone with google browser. No problems

I switched to safari browser and set my VPN to Singapore which is working.
