Check your spam folder. It goes there a lot.
If that’s not it then it could be your email provider. Protonmail isn’t compatible with safe-mail, hush mail, and Flash won’t respond to bad services like yahoo. It’s best to get either protonmail or tutanota for safety.
Let me know if none of this solves the problem and I’ll contact Flash and get the issue fixed.
