Haven’t used GH much at all, never found it to be a great hormone for me but, my coach wants to throw it in to lessen the AAS use.
So had baseline labs drawn today at quest so you can see what my starting levels are.
Protocol
2iu upon waking
2iu 60 min pre workout
Only on training days.
BW is 200lb
BF is approx 10%
I’ve had good luck with @Omegaman ao sticking with him for this experiment.
 
Smart…hitting different pathways to reduce overall usage and therefore Harm potential.

I had crazy bad sides (arm numbness, reduced grip strength, prolactin too high, shbg too low) from my experiment.

I wish I didn’t try to fight through as long as I did.
 
Yeah, playing around a bit as I’m getting older to try and stay in the game but as safe as I can. 4iu is very low so hoping no issues
