1st meal was 4 eggs fried, 2 slices of bologna fried, and coffee. 2nd meal was 2 pancakes with 1 scoop of mass gainer and 1 scoop of whey protein. 3rd meal was 16 oz ribeye, mac n cheese, and 2 Hawaiian sweet rolls. 4th meal is mass gainer shake. Training today is chest and arms Hypertrophy. Weather has been crappy. It’s rained for two days along with the temperature dropping from highs in the 80’s to highs in the 50’s
