November 14th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good fuckin morning all.No gym. Almost to the job site.Breakfast was leftover pizza,bana,coffee and water.Lunch and dinner who the fuck knows.Had a shitty night.Today I am grateful the deer I killed over the weekend.i plan on going out to hunt again Saturday.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Eating Popeyes chciken sandwich, wonder why I can’t lose weight. Chciken and rice rest of days with no snacks added. The hen chest and tris tonight
 
made some mac and cheese, then felt guilty so going to do 1 hour of cardio. Breakfast was 8oz steak 3 eggs 1 onion sauteed. Lunch was 100g blueberries 5oz chicken.
