November 14th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good fucking morning all.Breakfast was 1 sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese,1 oikos,protein shake,apple,coffee and water. Doing bi/Tris later.Today I am grateful for my fully functional body,a roof over my head and a supportive family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
1st meal was 6 eggs scrambled, 3 biscuits, 2 pieces of sausage, all saturated in gravy. 2nd meal was quart of chocolate milk and P3. 3rd meal is chicken parmesan and pasta. 2 big chicken breast and big bowl of pasta. Upper Strength Training today.
 
BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder
Snack #1 - Chocolate/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, protein rice, veggies
Dinner - Pork Tenderloin, sweet potatoes, salad

Workout 1:
5 x 8 work to heavy set front squats (250-ish)

Workout 2: (For Time, 12 min cap)
40 Front Squats 75
30 Front Squats 95
20 Front Squats 115
10 Front Squats 135

EMOM: 5 Bar Over Burpees

Daily Gratitude:
Weekend afternoon nap for no good reason.

Diet is the same except I had an extra chicken sausage. Trained back today. Can’t wait for tomorrow. My only problem with meal prepping is when you make something and it taste like crap your eating for “X” amount of days😂
