November 16th version of diets and training

Good afternoon all.No work today.got up about 1030,so no breakfast either.Lunch will be two turkey and cheese,lett, tomato,red onion, grapes and water.Not sure about dinner probably venison,rice and a salad.HB eggs between meals.Today I am grateful for the cool weather and all the time I get to spend out doors in nature for work and pleasure.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training. 60 degrees up here. Took advantage of the nice weather. Had 3 eggs,whites with cheese and some sweet potatoe hash browns. Yogurt. Chicken and rice bowl from some chipotle type place. Made some protein pancakes for dinner.
 
No training today no snacks with meals sucks but I either need to start
Losing this weight or just succumb to being a shw. Seems this weekend I will be seeing the lady twice and she said she will look for scary movie for us to watch after first date. So I just want to get to that movie haha
