November 20th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 scrambled eggs,1 plain bagel,protein shake, banana, cranberry juice n water.No training today.wife is bringing my daughter down to hangout a bit,then I will watch some football.Today I am grateful to see my daughter.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
The wife forgot her boots when she left for hunting this morning. 11 degrees outside. She wore her slippers. She lasted two hours. Not bad. She couldn’t feel her feet until she got back home 😂
 
Ha ha.i commend her for lasting two hours.my dad woulda lasted two minutes. He puts hand warmers in his gloves,boots,hat, chest you name it,then tells me he sweats and gets cold
 
Still eating the same food. Either training back or maybe some arms and calf’s. Depends on how full the gym is.

Normal grub today so far. Just cardio for training.
Planning on telling the wife I want a divorce today so there’s that. Wish me luck
 
Solid day brother enjoy the time with your daughter. 4 Eggs over easy, bacon and black coffee for breakfast. Hammered legs yesterday, going to go for a long walk to stay loose then shoulders. Football will also be on the menu. @Kad1 That sucks man, never been married but have been on both ends of doing the breaking up or getting broken up with after some long relationships. Both suck equally in different ways, but can definitely be a good reset and time to recalibrate. I hope it’s doesn’t get too messy for you.
 
And then I wondered,if my wife sent her my way to ask for money,I didn’t ask my wife and I don’t plan on it
