November 22nd installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 oikos,3 pieces of whole wheat bread, protein shake,apple, cranberry juice n water.Doin Tris n shoulders at 11.Today I am grateful for everyones participation on this morning thead.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Trained bi’s and forearms today. People must be out of of school and work because the place got packed quickly. Will have add triceps to something later this week.
Meals for the week not including Thanksgiving will be:
Bagel with 2 eggs and turkey sausage
1/2 cup of oatmeal with a cup of fairlife 2%
1/2 cup of cottage cheese with triscutts and a yogurt
6oz of chicken breast on wheat wrap
6oz of chicken breast with 100g of rice and a 1/2 of black beans
Protein shake with strawberry and bananas
 
I tried to cut and cardio and got an infection so I think that’s my body saying no
 
I cannot eat it plain. I agree it’s gross. But I eat it with triscutts or veggies and hot sauce. Then it’s tolerable
 
Adding my breakfast for today. Excited as I’m not in the actual office often these days as we all have essentially become hybrid/remote employees. But miss the cafeteria especially on Fridays! 2 chicken, egg, cheese biscuits and 2 sausage links. All that for just 2.50 😎
