Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 chobani,1 protein shake, banana,coffee and cranberry juice.Didnt end up going to gym yesterday so Tris n delts at 11.Today I am grateful for Equine Therapy I am participating in later today,and the owners of the farm who let us Vets go there.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Got to pick baby girl up at noon for half day of school.

Going to push after that.

Slept in to 6ish this morning. Felt good to sleep but I got up pretty stiff.

Had a conversation with one of the 30 something year olds that my kids went to school with. I’m grateful for the fact that he still remembers when I was in my 30’s and 40’s and was an ass kicking SOB. Maybe my old street cred will carry over for a bit longer and I won’t have to actually throttle someone. I’m just way too lazy these days. Hahaha
 
Matter of fact,cranberry and walnut mixed in a salad is also outfuckingstanding
 
BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, protein rice, veggies
Dinner - (as little as possible)

Workout 1: Front Squat
5x5 Work up to Heavy Set (300-ish)

Workout 2: Metcon (Time)
5 Rounds For Time:
7 Double Dumbbell Front Squats 40#
7 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
7 Double Dumbbell Push Press 40#
7 Toes to Bar

Sounds great I’m sore from dead’s for first time in awhile. My quads even feel it now I’m at work and I’m in charge of the building haha it’s only two us
 
Sorry to hear on sleep specialist my dads doctor for skin issues is doing same with him they are tryin one last med and if it doesn’t work then so be it.
