November 24 edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Was up early went and did some tire flipping.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,4 piece whole wheat toast with homemade strawberry jam,4 turkey sausage, banana,coffee and water.im at work now.Lunch will be two turkey n American on rolls, lettuce, banana peppers,5 HB eggs no yolk,water cranberry juice.Dinner I have no clue,my woman is bar tending tonight so I might just go there and get food and harass her for awhile.Today I am grateful for the bond I have with the people on this forum.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Morning. Breakfast was 6 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces of sausage, and a pint of chocolate milk. Had a mass gainer shake with whole banana, 2 eggs, and scoop of peanut butter added. Not sure about the rest of the day. I’ll just be winging it. Today I’m thankful for 24 hour gyms. I love going later when the place is empty.
 
Had a small piece of leftover milk pie for breakfast and elevated my blood sugar to 250 something. Took a few hours for it to come down to 180.

Contemplating squatting in a bit. Teleworking right now.
 
Wel did chest just ate strip steak and gojng back for legs as I know tomorrow I’m getting drunk so gym won’t happen. Injected to Abomb and sd to get back up for gym
