Good morning all Breakfast was cherry frosted pop tarts,chobani,protein shake,cranberry juice, banana,coffee.Doin bis and forearms at gym at 11.Today I am grateful for the sun and cool weather.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
Maybe some sort of conditioning…or not. Piddling around here.

It’s about 60 and sunny today. Could be a bit cooler for me but at least it’s not 90.
 
Yeah it’s nice here. Last night on the unit I put up a fake 6 ft tree,white n blue lights,put red n green garland up everywhere.Gonna buy some colored blinking lights and hang them.The one woman on the unit,says to me,how is it the meanest guy on the unit is hanging lights with Christmas music blasting.I told her you guys are lucky to have someone like me,ha ha.
 
Wings and alcohol just finished grip training moved to the 200lb. I’m getting almost fully closed for 7 seconds if i can be fully closed for sets of 10 seconds I should be good on pulling 800 grip wise

No training. Wanted to get some groceries before work. Not much else going on today. Hope everyone is enjoying the weather and weekend
 
Not yet. It’s been low 50s where I am and I haven’t done anything but sleep and go to work. I do have tomorrow off and my girlfriend and I are going to see a comedian named Bob Marley so that should be good. The place still treating you well?
