November 27th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 chobani,1 sesame seed bagel,grapes,coffee, cranberry juice.Not working out.already took a hike outside for awhile.Watch some football later.
 
Training Back. God only knows what I’ll be eating. Worked nights last night and working days tomorrow. Need to get some stuff done today and before going to a comedy show tonight.
 
No food yet today. Doing a little intermittent fasting.
Just did 30 min on stair master no training today
