November 2nd edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 vanilla oikos,1 plain bagel,protein shake, banana,coffee and water.I am grateful for the camraderie here,and my camo bed sheets.I only did bis yesterday no chest,so maybe gonna do tris.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Morning John.
I had a handful of supplements. A protein shake and a glass of OJ. Oh and a cup of coffee. Day off the gym today so probably work on my bikes. Have a blowback in the carb of one and the stator is bad in the other. So I’ll be getting dirty today. Should have the filter and valve done today in the one and breakdown the other to get the stator out. Then put a new one in tomorrow if HD has it in stock. If not, I’ll order on line and get it overnight. 😅
 
6 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of sausage with 2 cups of coffee this am. Second meal was a shake. 3rd was bowl of shredded steak, cheese, and banana peppers with a Dew. 4th is quart of chocolate milk and P3. No training today.
