Good morning all.Breakfast was 3 eggs HB no yolk,protein shake,1 bagel, banana,coffee and water.Not lifting today.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
Samo ole oats pb n protein

Already did my “arm day”.

Working like a dog around the estate
 
Cut carbs in half since I can’t train much. Did get a little leg work in with bike
