November 6th edition of diets and training

Good fuckin morning all.Breakfast was 1 bagel,4 scrambled eggs with hot sauce,pineapple,protein shake,apple juice n water.No lifting today.Future ex wife is bringing the kid and dogs to see me for a few hours so it will be good,then when they leave depressing.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
Time change had me up at 3:45 this morning. Breakfast was apple cinnamon oatmeal and peanut butter whey protein. My snack was quart of chocolate milk and P3. 3rd meal was shredded steak, pepper jack cheese, and banana peppers. No training today.
