Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 cinnamon raisin bagel,3 HB eggs no yolk,protein shake, banana,coffee and water.Doin Tris today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
1st meal was oatmeal and chocolate milk. 2nd meal was ham and cheese omelet with coffee. 3rd meal was chicken pot pie with a Dew. 4th meal is mass gainer shake. 5th is chili with a mixture of bison and ground turkey. 6th meal is whey shake. No training today.
