Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, smashed potatoes, veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - ?

Didn’t know what to do today so I just did tris bis and calves.

Oatmeal, egg whites and peanut butter on English muffins. Protein shake and bananas. Probably an omelette for lunch with some potatoes.
