October 12th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.did some tire flipping this morning.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,5 HB eggs no yolk, 🍇🍇, water.Lunch will be leftovers.Not sure about dinner.Today I am grateful for all the freedom I have.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Scrambled eggs and fried potatoes with 2 cups off coffee. Second meal was sausage and egg biscuit with pint of chocolate milk. Lunch is pound of turkey and cheez it snapd. Snack is pint of chocolate milk and blueberry muffins. Back and shoulders this evening. Plus .5 ml of Test C 250mg and 1ml of Test E 200mg, Nandrolone 200mg, and Mast E 200mg before bed. Supper I’m not sure about. Mass gainer shake after the gym.

Training shoulders later. So far breakfast was 2 eggs, whites, turkey sausage and English. Protein shake. Yogurt with almonds. Chicken sausage and pasta for dinner
 
I had bowl of cereal went back to sleep then Popeyes for lunch two of the sandwich’s. Fight sinus infection and I swear I’ve been hungry the past couple days. Maybe my body trying to get above 300 again
