October 13th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Did tire flipping this am.Breakfast was a sausage egg n cheese on a plain bagel, banana,water.Lunch is two turkey n cheese,lett, tomato.im bringing my dad,bro in law and sister to where my woman bar tends to get beers and wings.Today I am grateful for the cool weather.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Trained chest and back today. Meals for the next few nights will be 2 eggs, whites, 2 oz of steak and potatoes.
Yogurt and cottage cheese. Protein shake and a banana. Curried sweet potato and chicken. Ground turkey stuffed peppers. I too am also grateful for the cooler weather
 
Got some press day today not sure food I’m sure chicken will be had. Probably load
Uo as breast are on sale 179 a pound fil the freezer baby’s
 
Today for breakfast eggs and turkey sausage.
Lunch was burger with egg no bun.
Snacks of alimony’s and meat stick.
Dinner tbd. Legs today Did arms yesterday moderated weight some decent DOMS today. Not terrible but enough to know I got a good workout.
 
Basically it’s like regular mashed sweet potatoes. Brown sugar and cinnamon but then I add a tablespoon of curry powder and some cayenne. I was at a Thai restaurant some time ago and they had it wrapped in a dumpling and fried. They wouldn’t give me the exact recipe but told me what was in it and I just played around with it until it tasted good.
