Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 plain bagels,2 HB eggs,1 blueberry chobani,1 protein shake, banana,coffee and water.Not lifting today.Hope everyone has a great day.
 
Exact same food as the last post. No weight training, just a half hour on the elliptical so I don’t feel useless lol
