Good morning all.Gym after work.Breakfast was 4 egg omlete, pepperjack,1 plain bagel, banana,water.Lunch and dinner I’m not sure about.Pinned 150 test p and mesterlone were pinned this morning.I am grateful for the beauty of the fall weather and trees.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Sitting here for annual eye exam. Day off from work. Going to hit the gym shortly. Going to do some running around…
 
Two two egg sandwiches with light mayonnaise and 20oz of coffee. Cookies and cream shake with a big scoop of peanut butter and a whole banana with the pumpkin shaped reeses cups. Off work today. Took the kids to school. Probably going to clean house and eat most of the day until time to pick the kids back up. Hypertrophy leg night after supper this evening.
 
Had 4 brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts with protein shake. Doig chest today I’m thankful for these crazy dreams that feel like reality due to hgh. I’m talking I woke up believing I accidentally told nee chick I loved her way to early in relationship
