Good morning all.it was a long night.No gym today.
Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel with homemade strawberry jam and cream cheese, banana,water.Not sure about lunch.Dinner will be at my sister’s house,then we take all the kids out for Halloween.
Today I am grateful for the cool weather.I will be in a tree hunting Saturday afternoon.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
I’m not training upper for at least a week. Will do legs a couple times. Food was oatmeal with a scoop of whey and peanut butter. Yogurt and almonds. 3 eggs and toast. Chili. Chicken Salad. Even though I bought stuff I don’t like, I’ll be grateful to the kids if they end up taking all the candy 😂.
 
Got comp bench some pork roast to take break from chicken was hoping for sexy costume pictures today but it seems that’s not in the cards
 
Ha ha but it will equal more kids…just a few years down the road
