October 31st edition of diets and training

Training chest tonight. Meal plan for the week will be oatmeal w/ raisins, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of potatoes and toast. Lunch will be a can of tuna on a wrap. Dinner will be 8 oz of chicken with 175 grams of white rice. Snacks are cottage cheese and yogurt. Protein shake and a banana
