October 6th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was a cinnamon raisin bagel,1 chobani peach,1 protein shake, banana,coffee and a water doin a light chest workout today.Today I am grateful for the food I have and a roof over my head.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage. Second meal was a shake. Lunch is fried potatoes and chicken breast. Hitting chest, triceps, and shoulders today for a nice push day. Sets and reps are going up weekly as I feel like the EQ is kicking in and giving me plenty extra in the tank. I’ve also been working out twice a day. Hitting the gym and then band workouts before bed.
 
BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, with 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Snack #1 - Chocolate/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Meal Salad
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - tbd

Workout (Time Cap 35m):
2 Mile Run
150 Burpees
100 Pull ups

Daily Gratitude:
Not being cursed with the mental roller coaster ride that is a Women’s Period

No training today. Going out for dinner
Breakfast was egg whites, oatmeal w/raisins and 2 English muffins with butter.
Yogurt, cottage cheese and triscutts at break
Lunch was chicken breast with rice.
Dinner TBD…
